WELCOME TO CARNIVAL FUN FAIRS
P & L A Evans ‘Carnival Fun Fairs’ are specialists in the Traditional Fun Fair and Traditional Fairground industry. We have a wide selection of fun fair rides available including traditional
family rides, children’s rides and games suitable for all events and occasions.
We are a family run business based in the North East of England and we provide our rides for various events throughout County Durham, Tyne & Wear, Northumberland,
Wear Valley, North Yorkshire and across the whole of North East England. We have had full 5 star reviews
and commendations in all local press as well as
interviews on both local and national radio stations including Newcastle, Cleveland and North Yorkshire.
All of our rides are immaculate and are staffed by fully trained and CRB Checked personnel
. All of our rides are also covered by
£10 million Public Liability Insurance and all have relevant HSE documentation. Our rides are all kept in pristine condition, even down to the transport that hauls the deluxe
rides. We take great care to ensure we leave your event clean and tidy, and our staff pride themselves on the work they do. We undertake Factory Fun Days, Galas, Village Green
Funfairs, School Fairs, Carnivals and Christmas Presentations. We are one of the very few and privileged showland operators who are members of the actors union Equity
and are members of the Showmen's Guild of Great Britain.
We proudly own and travel a traditional 1975 8 wheeler ERF painted in red, maroon and gold which stands as a reminder of how travelling Fun Fairs used to be from your
childhood memories. This is a Showman’s Special and has been featured in many documentaries and magazines associated with this classic genre. Our lorry (registration HUT 108N)
was number 23 off the production line and is currently the oldest B Series known to be travelling!
Paul and Lucy of Carnival Fun Fairs were privileged to have the Lord Lieutenant of County Durham as appointed by her Majesty the Queen as their most distinguished guest
at the Showmens Guild of Great Britain's Annual Luncheon.
